How Photo Finder uses your data

What we process and why

To find photos of you, Photo Finder compares a face code made from your selfie with face codes made from photos our photographers took during your visit. A face code is a list of numbers describing facial features; it is not a picture.

  • Your selfie is checked and converted on your own phone. It is not uploaded to or stored by Pinaak.
  • Your face code is sent to us only to run your search, only within the visit you choose, and is not stored afterwards.
  • Park photos and their face codes are kept for 7 days after upload and then deleted.
  • Your search session (visit date, results, favourites) is kept for a short period so you can come back to it.
  • Your name, mobile number and email, asked before you download and checked with a one-time code (by email or SMS), are kept in Pinaak's customer records so we can help with your photos and future visits. We send you offers or event news only if you tick the optional box, and you can ask us to stop or delete them at any time.

Consent

We search only after you agree on the consent screen. You can choose not to, and you can ask us to delete your search data at any time.

Children

School and group albums are private: they can be searched only with the event code or booking given to the organiser, and a parent or guardian gives consent for a child's search.

What we never do

  • We do not offer a public search of all park photos or a list of people.
  • We do not use your selfie or face code to train or improve any system.
  • We do not send face data or private photo links to analytics or advertising services.

Your choices

On My photos & privacy you can confirm your email or mobile number with a one-time code to see your visits, stop offers or delete your Photo Finder data yourself. To remove a photo of you or your child, open it in your results and tap “Remove this photo”: it is hidden straight away and then deleted by our team.
